All of our products are new, undamaged, and never been used. Most of out products are in stock at the warehouse for fast shipment. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before your order ships/arrives at our warehouse. If your order has already arrived at the shipping warehouse a 20% restocking fee will apply to your account.
If your order has already shipped, any cancellations will be considered "returns". Refunds are less shipping & handling for both ways at the buyer's expense. You can refund the item within 3 days, all item must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Actual freight cost may be much higher than the freight we charge you on the website. Once we receive the return, we will refund your payment minus 20% restocking fee. Original freight will not be refunded. All items that are not properly packaged or damaged will be refused.
***** All local or nation wide deliveries are "CURB-SIDE DELIVERY" only!!! Carrier will not place furniture inside of your home!!!! *****
All shipments are shipped via common carrier and arrive for a curb side delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a time and date for delivery. The trucking company will use a liftgate(addtional charge) or assist you in bringing the merchandise off the truck. They are not allowed into the home and generally there is only one driver and he will not have dollies or tools necessary to move furniture. For curb side deliveries, please make all necessary arrangements to take possession of the furniture at the truck.
We ship right away but if demand exceeds our supply please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery!!!
Notification of Delivery
The Trucking Company will notify you in advance of their arrival. Please be sure to have someone there to receive and inspect your merchandise.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COORDINATE YOUR SCHEDULE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME THEY CONTACT YOU FOR DELIVERY, STORAGE FEES MAY BE ASSESSED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THAT APPLY.
If your order ships via Trucking Company, you will receive the carrier's website or telephone number and the PRO Number via email. You can check the status of your shipment by using the PRO Number online or calling the freight terminal.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Most of the furniture that we carry arrives disassembled. All shipments are insured against damage. When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Please also inspect the packaging and the package contents for any shipping damage. Any damage caused from shipping must be noted on the delivery receipt or the insurance cannot be claimed - No Exceptions!!.
It is imperative that you make a claim of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the carrier's Bill of Lading.
Please verify that the correct item and number or cartons have been delivered, and inspect your furniture carefully while the delivery person is still at your home, before signing your delivery Bill of Lading receipt. You signature is your acknowledgement that your merchandise is satisfactory and is in order.
Any claim of damage that is not noted on the Bill of Lading is your responsibility to pursue directly with the Trucking Company.
If you do not have time to inspect your shipment when the driver delivers it, it necessary to note on the delivery receipt any dents, dings , holes or damages to the outer packaging in the drivers presence.
If any item is refused for any reason at all, all freight charges incurred are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
